"Bundle Schmundle It is all hype I gave Liberty my business x 1 month Email today states your auto premium increases effective today No details I called Liberty 6 am today A bot states open at 8am est Thx for calling R u kidding me???? To get my auto rate...I needed to complete a questionnaire by today! I am a critical care nurse still employed on a part time basis I am supposed to report for shift like everything is okay???? In today's litigation minded world??? U R really stupid to believe that!!!! Also, Liberty covered my dog,a newly diagnosed Diabetes dog 12 yrs old Daily insulin injections 12 h apart Don't get me started....just to sign up with Liberty .. I called State Farm,Adelsbach agency in Riverside IL I have been their client since my dad,R.I.P Covered me at 16 yrs old! America helped me to sign up effective today!! Every time you call this agency, always a professional to assist you Not some ridiculous bot voice America thanks for going the extra mile under pressure today A live real person!!! Dan , another insurance professional at this Agency in Riverside IL!!! Requests are immediately resolved when a call is made God bless all of you...
